Namaste Club for
Teens
We at Peaceful Poses understand that adolescence is no walk in the
park. We can especially sympathize because one of us was 5'11" at
the age of eleven. Yoga is a fantastic foundation for body
confidence and self-esteem. In the Namaste Club, teens can learn
yoga basics, in a fun and carefree environment. Ask Carolyn
about sessions.
